Federal monitor report highlights progress, but also notes deficiencies in use-of-force data reporting and supervisor accountability documentation

The Antioch Police Department has shown improvement in its body camera compliance, with 71% of required reviews completed on time in the second quarter, up from 42% in the first quarter. However, the department still has not produced use-of-force incident data in the required format for either quarter, according to the federal monitor's second quarterly report.

The report, which rated 14 of 23 reform benchmarks as compliant, noted that the department had established required policies but had not demonstrated consistent operational compliance.
